Good
Pool area is amazing as well as the staff. Great that they have a little gym area too. Rooms are very spacious and a short stroll to the beach with some beautiful sunsets. Appreciated the pool towels too
The WiFi did not work great in the rooms..we were in the building away from the main reception. My shower was always cold and the bathroom area could have been a bit cleaner

As a group of 7 people, we booked 2x luxury bungalow a 1 family room. We got 2 family rooms and 1 room with pool acces - they have mess in reservations and it seemed that almost no one get what they booked.

A chilled 5 night stay in easygoing Koh Lanta - must stay here!
So relaxing. Loved this place, felt very well looked after by mama Nong. The pools were brilliant and as we had some injuries nothing was too much trouble to help us. Thai Smile restaurant next door was delicious with very friendly staff and one of the best Thai curry’s I’ve had across Thailand in the last 6 weeks. The cleaning staff were the highlight as they were so friendly and brightened our day with big smiles and jokes together. We loved it so much that we will return in April and be able to take more advantage of the facilities as we couldn’t swim due to injuries. We had the loveliest room with two balconies and daily views of the sunset which we weren’t expecting. Only a 5 min walk to the beach and the beach front was so chilled. Very couple and family vibe but that’s what we wanted after some hectic days in Phi phi.
The aircon had a fault on the first day but this was fixed within 8 hours so didn’t really affect our stay - we didn’t drive mopeds so this would have enhanced our stay but it’s our personal choice not to, plenty of tuktuks and songthaew available all hours to take you where you need to go though.

Taken to a different property than the one advertised...
Good value for money hotel, with generally modern rooms & facilities. Excellent swimming pool(s) that was just the right temperature!
Although the room we got was decent for the price paid, it was not the room/hotel we booked! Despite booking months ago, when we arrived we were told the room we booked (2 double rooms) were not available and we would instead have 2 twin rooms! Not only that but we would be in a different property to the one advertised on all the pictures! We were taken basically across the road (only a minute or so, and nearer to the beach) to Pinky Hotel (not Bungalows) which also has it's own pool. Although the room here was fine (perhaps not quite modern as the new block by the pool at Pinky Bungalows) it had some negatives, that being sound insulation wasn't very good and there were some nearby Cockerels, so if you end up here ear plugs are highly advised! The pillows were also very firm for my liking. Although the given room was still decent value for money, fundamentally I believe a hotel should honour your booking and give you the specific room type booked. Perhaps you should have a separate listing on booking sites for your different properties (I gather there is a 3rd you may also be taken to!)? On top of this, no apology was offered.
